A New Class of Graph Grammars and Modelling of Certain Biological Structures

Graph grammars can be used to model the development of diverse graph families. Since their creation in late 1960s, have found usage a variety fields, such as design sophisticated computer systems and electronic circuits, well visual languages, animation, even modelling intricate molecular structures Replacement edges nodes are two primary approaches rewriting. In this paper we introduce new type node replacement grammar known nc-eNCE grammar. With class generated certain classes showed that these more powerful than existing edge controlled embedding grammars. addition, were several common protein secondary parallel anti-parallel β-sheet different configurations.
